Combining more than three decades of experience and a nationally-recognized record of success, Greg Fouks is Head Talent Scout of TalenTTracker. In that role, Fouks works with Boards of Directors and Senior Management in the credit union industry to assist them in attracting, identifying, hiring and retaining talent. Our services include background checks, candidate testing, strategic planning, performance improvement and recruitment. In executive search, processes such as candidate identification, sourcing, interviewing, recruitment, assessment, negotiations, and referencing make sure you acquire the talent your organization needs to be successful. We specifically tailor our products to credit union clients, taking into account their technical and cultural leadership needs.

A respected authority on performance improvement and executive search methodologies, Fouks founded TalenTTracker after serving as the President of HRValue Group for almost five years and before that with a prominent Minneapolis Executive Search firm where he was Vice President for four years. He previously served in executive management capacities for several international marketing and performance improvement consulting firms serving the healthcare and financial service industries. Before founding his own executive search firm, US Search, he began his career with the Minnesota Mutual Companies and worked extensively with financial service and credit union clients.

Professional Organizations & Activities

Fouks is the former Board Chair of The Raptor Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, and sits on the Supervisory Committee for a large Minneapolis Credit Union.

Education

Fouks holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University and received his Chartered Life Underwriters certificate (CLU) in 1979.
