We have created Recruitment Solutions, a process that assists you in the selection and hiring process, but without the sourcing calls that distinguish the process from a full executive search.  While we are not proactively sourcing and referring talent in your process, we do make sure those who apply for your position have the requisite skills and talent to perform well in your organization.  Background Checks and Candidate Testing are two additional products that clients have found beneficial in a successful hiring process.
